Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Lisa is the co-founder of Centrix Software, and from the beginning of the company, her passion and leadership have become hallmarks of Centrix’ success. Throughout Lisa’s career, she has been guided by a belief that business performance depends on making the most effective technology choices and this is embedded in Centrix Software’s product development and company strategy.

Lisa’s main role at Centrix is leading the company in helping its customers optimize their information and technology to increase productivity and performance. She has authored or co-authored over 25 articles on IT services and business, and is a frequent public speaker.

Jon Fuller

Jon Fuller

Co-Founder and Director

Jon is a joint Co-Founder and Director of Centrix Software and with more than 20 years’ experience in senior management positions, he is ideally suited to the wide variety of skills required for his roles within the company.

Currently responsible for managing HR and IT services, Jon is also Company Secretary. He additionally holds responsibility for legal and company contract negotiations, working closely with the Centrix Software sales team on commercial agreements.

Prior to founding the company, Jon held a number of operational roles in FTSE 250 companies across the retail, financial services and automotive sectors.

Jan Freeman

Finance Director

As a Chartered Accountant, Jan has spent  most of her career working in the corporate finance and M&A disciplines.  Jan is responsible for the day to day financial management of Centrix Software’s business and also brings financial strategy and finance raising experience to the management team.  Before joining Centrix Software, Jan was a Corporate Finance Partner at PwC, the industry-focused assurance, tax and advisory services firm where she was part of the TMT team and was also responsible for corporate finance in the South of England.  

Mark Stradling

Mark Stradling

Non-Executive Director

Mark has more than 18 years of experience in the high tech industry delivering rapid growth at scale, most recently as Executive Vice President EMEA for VMware. In this role, Mark was responsible for all company operations including channel strategies, sales, marketing, and pre/post-sales engineering across EMEA. Mark’s drive and determination led to the company going from from the ground up to sales of more than $750m per annum across EMEA in just four years.

Prior to joining VMware, Mark was Vice President of Northern Europe at Citrix Systems where he built the Northern EMEA sales, channel strategies, pre-sales engineering and field marketing organizations. Mark is highly regarded in the virtualization industry and is extremely well respected by channel partners. He has also held various sales management positions with Azlan, Canon and Rank Xerox.

Sean McCarry

Sales Director

Sean is responsible for Sales Operations with the key objective of growing the company’s workspace management solutions business .  As well as building and managing a high-performing new business sales team and continuing to build a strategic and proactive partner ecosystem, including strategic alliances, resellers and managed service providers, Sean is also responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction to ensure long term customer relationships.

Sean has a wealth of experience working in the channel and selling directly to large enterprises, having joined from a senior director role at CA Technologies.  Before joining CA Technologies, Sean held senior management positions at SANpulse Technologies, Novell, Computacenter and Dell.

 

 

Paul Burke

Director of Products

Paul has over 20 years of product management, marketing and customer support experience in software businesses of all sizes. Paul’s recent roles have been in senior management positions for AVG Technologies, Trend Micro and Citrix Systems. Paul has led product teams to create commercially successful award winning products that saw strong customer acceptance by millions of users across customer segments from consumer to large enterprise. His experience spans all stages of the product lifecycle from start-up through mass market adoption to product retirement. Paul has had responsibility over 25 major commercial product releases that have driven many hundreds of millions of dollars in revenues.

Steve Coates

Steve Coates

Head of Engineering

Steve has over 20 years’ experience in software development, working in a range of private and public sector organizations ranging from those with large, established product portfolios to small start-ups. A keen proponent of the iterative and incremental group of software development methods, Steve has been involved with agile communities and leading experts since the late 90’s and was part of the first group of UK companies to adopt eXtreme Programming techniques, working with the likes of Uncle Bob Martin and Michael Feathers.

Before joining Centrix Software, Steve was Software Development Manager at 1E, managing the engineering team for over 5 years. The team was responsible for developing a new suite of IT efficiency products that helped the company to broaden its portfolio beyond PC power management. Prior to 1E, Steve was Product Development Director at Workshare, provider of secure enterprise collaboration software.

Lyndon Hedderly

Lyndon Hedderly

Head of Professional Services

Lyndon joined Centrix Software in 2009 and has over 18 years’ experience in the Consulting, Software and Professional Services industry. Lyndon has responsibility for the company’s Professional Services business which encompasses Consulting, Training and Support.

Centrix Software’s consulting practice covers project management, software implementation, customization, data analytics and report development. While personally managing large-scale, complex projects, Lyndon and his team work with all of our customers to deliver a full Return on Investment (RoI) and value based approach to Workspace Management.

Before joining Centrix Software, Lyndon spent 13 years at Accenture, the global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company as part of the Strategic IT Effectiveness practice.

Lyndon has a BSc in Philosophy & Statistics from Durham University and an MSc in Neuroscience from Oxford University.

Lyndon has one daughter. He enjoys the outdoors and is a keen sailor and skier having once competed for Yorkshire in the British Downhill Skiing Championships.

David Follant

David Follant

Head of Customer Service & Support

David has over 20 years’ customer service & support experience spanning international software and service companies and is passionate about providing service excellence to Centrix Software’s customers and partners.  Skilled in managing customer service, support and IT strategy direction and technical operations, David is responsible for the company’s global support and service center operations.

Before joining Centrix Software, David held customer service roles in some of the largest global IT organizations including IBM, Microsoft and Hewlett Packard.  His responsibilities in these companies included building and managing customer and internal technical support service desks, providing technical design, consultancy and support on large Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager projects.

In his spare time, David likes to keep fit and as well as cycling 20 miles to and from the Newbury office, he is a 3rd degree black belt in Tang Sou Dao.
