David has over 20 years’ customer service & support experience spanning international software and service companies and is passionate about providing service excellence to Centrix Software’s customers and partners. Skilled in managing customer service, support and IT strategy direction and technical operations, David is responsible for the company’s global support and service center operations.

Stuart Kirby

Software Support Engineer

Managing First and Second line Support cases for Centrix Software. Providing technical analysis and resolution of issues in a timely fashion.

An experienced support analyst, Stuart has a strong focus on customer satisfaction and shines light on the darkest of technical issues. Having only joined Centrix at the start of 2014, he has swiftly become an ambassador for the quality services that Centrix provide.

Systems Engineer

Henry is always eager to help. Whether it’s with a small technical query or full incident management, he will be happy to assist you with anything that is required to be done in order to help you get you on your way. He has a wide range of technical expertise ranging from Microsoft OS platforms to the overlaying Microsoft and other vendor technologies such as SQL, SCCM to IIS and PKI environments. With several certifications in Microsoft technologies and years of industry experience, he will be happy to assist in any way.
