Lisa Hammond – Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Lisa is the co-founder of Centrix Software, and from the beginning of the company, her passion and leadership have become hallmarks of Centrix’ success. Throughout Lisa’s career, she has been guided by a belief that business performance depends on making the most effective technology choices and this is embedded in Centrix Software’s product development and company strategy.

Lisa’s main role at Centrix is leading the company in helping its customers optimize their information and technology to increase productivity and performance. She has authored or co-authored over 25 articles on IT services and business, and is a frequent public speaker.


Jon Fuller – Chief Operating Officer

Jon is the co-founder of Centrix, and as COO heads the company’s operational division. He has more than 20 years experience in senior management, and prior to founding the company held a number of operational roles in FTSE 250 companies across retail, financial services and automotive sectors.

Jon has always pushed the limits of operational performance while at the same time creating a mutual respect between management, partners, employees and clients. Prior to joining Centrix, Jon was Managing Director of a start-up automotive services company that successfully grew from £0 to £22m in 2 years before being acquired.


Lewis Gee – SVP, Sales and Marketing, EMEA & APAC

Lewis is responsible for developing Centrix Software’s sales and go-to-market strategies, growing the company’s revenues and forming partnerships with leading technology organizations. He brings both enterprise direct and channel sales experience to Centrix, as well as providing the marketing leadership and experience necessary to support the company’s rapid expansion.

Lewis has over 20 years experience in software and IT services sales and leadership, most recently as Vice President of EMEA Field Operations for VMware. During this time, he was responsible for the virtualization company’s growth across Europe and the Middle East. Lewis also previously worked for Citrix as the company’s Area Vice President for Northern Europe.


Brett Johnson – VP, Sales & Marketing, Americas

As VP Sales & Marketing Americas, Brett is responsible for Centrix’s sales execution, including the recruitment and leadership of a world class sales and marketing organization, technology alliance and channel partner community. Brett most recently served three years as VP global sales for DynamicOps, joining among the first handful of employees, where he led the company to a market leadership position and successful financing round before taking on a VP Channels & Sales Alliances role to drive growth with key OEM, channel and alliance partners. Before DynamicOps, Brett spent four years with PlateSpin, a recognized pioneer in the virtualization marketplace, where he was also among the company’s earliest employees. Brett developed key channel, distribution and customer relationships for PlateSpin and managed the enterprise sales organization in North America prior to the company’s acquisition by Novell in 2008. Prior to PlateSpin, he spent four years at Gomez, where his responsibilities included all business development activities on a global basis, including channel and OEM sales.

Brett is highly entrepreneurial and brings more than 20 years sales and marketing leadership experience to Centrix. He has a BA in Economics and an MBA in Marketing and IT Management from the University of California, Irvine.


Jason Jackson – Channel Director

In the virtualization sector, Jason is a respected Channel Director with over 15 years experience. He brings a wealth of experience in channel development and management to Centrix Software from virtualization company PlateSpin, where he successfully launched their renowned partner program recruiting over 200 new partners. The success of this program was instrumental in the company being purchased by Novell for $205m.

Jason has also previously built up the Alliances business at MessageLabs as well as having held various channel positions for Nortel and Alcatel.


Jane Rimmer – Non-Executive Director

A seasoned marketing professional, Jane was Marketing Director EMEA at VMware and before that Senior Marketing Director at Citrix Systems, where she held her office in the Swiss European headquarters. Jane developed and delivered the EMEA lead go-to-market strategies for both companies’ during rapid stages of growth.

Jane is well known in the virtualization industry and has spoken at many industry events. Jane has previously held senior marketing roles at Sun Microsystems and Hayes Microcomputer Products. More recently, she has been instrumental in software start-ups entering the EMEA market place and has advised companies such as ScriptLogic, Vizioncore and Netuitive on go-to-market strategies that align sales and marketing objectives.


Mark Stradling – Non-Executive Director

Mark has more than 18 years of experience in the high tech industry delivering rapid growth at scale, most recently as Executive Vice President EMEA for VMware. In this role, Mark was responsible for all company operations including channel strategies, sales, marketing, and pre/post-sales engineering across EMEA. Mark’s drive and determination led to the company going from from the ground up to sales of more than $750m per annum across EMEA in just four years.

Prior to joining VMware, Mark was Vice President of Northern Europe at Citrix Systems where he built the Northern EMEA sales, channel strategies, pre-sales engineering and field marketing organizations. Mark is highly regarded in the virtualization industry and is extremely well respected by channel partners. He has also held various sales management positions with Azlan, Canon and Rank Xerox.


Paul Burke – Director of Products

Paul has over 20 years of product management, marketing and customer support experience in software businesses of all sizes. Paul’s recent roles have been in senior management positions for AVG Technologies, Trend Micro and Citrix Systems. Paul has led product teams to create commercially successful award winning products that saw strong customer acceptance by millions of users across customer segments from consumer to large enterprise. His experience spans all stages of the product lifecycle from start-up through mass market adoption to product retirement. Paul has had responsibility over 25 major commercial product releases that have driven many hundreds of millions of dollars in revenues.


Craig Henderson – Director of Engineering

Craig is an experienced software exec with a background in software engineering and technical management, and a passion for technology. Craig’s leadership and technical competency drive the software development activities and product deliveries at Centrix Software. Prior to joining Centrix Software, Craig has held management positions at a number of organizations including Rockwell Collins and IRIS Software, and most recently he was Director of Product Development at JDA Softare leading an international software engineering team producing high availability large scale data processing systems.


Richard Pegden – Director of Product Marketing

Richard has over 15 years experience in customer-facing roles for software vendors, including 10 years in product management and product marketing. Richard understands customer needs and challenges and has a track record of driving greater customer focus into organizations. Throughout his roles, Richard has led product and messaging strategy and has consistently worked closely with sales teams to enable significantly increased revenues.  Richard was previously Head of Product Marketing at application modernization vendor Micro Focus. Prior to this, he spent ten years in the Service Management industry, including 7 years at BMC Software.

In his role at Centrix Software, Richard is responsible for all product marketing activities, including product launches, messaging, training the sales team and extended channel partners in new product features and informing industry analysts of our product progression.
